This page summarises the operational posture of the Loam platform and its core components. For real-time incident notifications or to report a problem you are seeing, contact status@agridex.com. Service levels for production customers are governed by your master agreement.
Components
- Platform & web app — Account access, dashboards, and listings.
- Payments & settlement — Offers, trades, and fund settlement between counterparties.
- Custody — Fiat at partner banks and stablecoins in regulated custody or a self-custody wallet you control.
- Banking & on/off-ramp rails — Deposits, withdrawals, and fiat-stablecoin conversion via partners.
- Onboarding & KYB — Identity and counterparty verification.
- API & webhooks — Programmatic access and event delivery.
Live status
Loam does not yet publish a real-time status feed. This page describes the components we operate and how to reach us; it is not a live health indicator. For the current operational state, planned maintenance, or to report a problem, contact status@agridex.com.
Incident reporting
If you are experiencing an issue, email status@agridex.com with your organisation, the affected component, and a description. Production customers should follow the escalation path in their master agreement.
